keeping abreast of industry and association quality programs and systems, we learn and
implement applicable methods to incoming goods selection, manufacturing methods,
inspection techniques, shipment tracking and customer service.

Improvement is strived for in both our internal and external business systems. Customers
are our best source of information and criticism. Objective input from them is essential
to this goal. We also participate in industry, educational and government sponsored
seminars to introduce new programs to our company.

leadership roles. All of the industries we serve are technical in nature and
require constant learning and education. We work hard to be up-to-date with the newest
industry and governmental standards. This allows us to supply the latest products and
information to our customers.

When solving new design problems, application questions or customer service issues, we
work with facts and complete documentation. We realize every day that many of our products
are used where peoples' lives depend on correct application and operation of those
products.
