Our manufacturing facility is a fully equipped machine shop which has the capability of performing precision and production operations not usually found at the typical jobber machine shop level.

Our capabilities include, beyond standard CNC machining; deep hole drilling, creep feed grinding, centerless grinding, jig boring, heat treating, EDM (wire and plunger), laser marking, designing with CADAM,  Pro Engineer and Smart Cam.

We can accept CAD/CAM input files from several different types of formats and can down load directly to our machining centers. These can be sourced directly from your design and engineering program(s) or one of our internal design programs. We utilize both CADAM and Pro-Engineer. Our CADAM system has on-line memory for, real time, production control capacity.

Both our regular system and the CADAM system are capable of electronic data interchange (EDI), which is used on a daily basis with some suppliers and customers. Our Pro-Engineer designing program is fully 3D capable and accepts file formats from all of the most widely used PC based CAD software.
