KS5639 OIL FILTER TORQUE WRENCH
The Kell-Strom Tool Co. Inc. announces development of a new oil filter wrench with pre-set torque designed to fit aviation spin-on type filters.  The 12 point ratcheting box is pre-set to 17 foot pounds break away torque with a click style head.  Heavy knurling on the handle prevents grip slippage when oil leaks on the wrench.
