| This mobile unit is designed to
test all types of hydromatic reversing and non-reversing propellers, including the
Hamilton Standard Model 54H60. |

It can also be used to test
other hydraulic accessories requiring the measurement of pressure and flow at specified
operating temperatures, or may be used to check for leakage. The self-contained unit is electrically powered and
controlled. Materials and workmanship conform to Standard Aircraft Service Equipment and
Military Standards. |
| The unit is
mounted on four swivel casters, with locking devices on the back casters. |
