The Vibro-Gun is designed specifically for the aircraft industry to remove PRC, RTV, Silicone, Rubatex, Glues, Fabric, Velcro, Leather, Leatherette, Veneer, Tape, Seals, Gaskets, Carpets and all general mastic and caulking from aircraft metal, plastic and composite surfaces. An adjustable speed control allows the operator to accurately adjust the number of strokes per minute to match the exacting requirements of the task to be accomplished. The Vibro-Gun is air operated and comes complete with a grounded air hose to prevent electrostatic build up.
Compared to manual scraping, the Vibro-Gun combined with the Vibro-Blade Sharpener will do a far superior job in 1/4 of the time or less. The comfortable rubber grip is ridged to prevent slipping and the vibration is confined primarily to the blade to lessen operator fatigue. Custom blades are available in plastic, steel, brass and aluminum bronze.

The system includes a Vibro-Blade Sharpener, designed specifically to accompany the Vibro-Gun anywhere in shop or on-board the aircraft. The air powered Vibro-Blade Sharpener is connected directly to the Vibro-Gun for instant access.

The operator simply inserts the blade pressing a switch to activate the motor while holding the blade against the sharpening surface for a few seconds. A quickly changed but highly durable abrasive removes just enough material to perfectly sharpen the blade without undue waste. The sharpening angle is always correct, and the residue is vacuumed off the surface of the aggregate and deposited into the electrostatically treated vacuum bag for easy disposal. The Vibro-Blade Sharpener allows the operator to instantly sharpen blades at the work site without fear of leaving particles or contamination, permitting
