PWC50066 PT6 ENGINE SLING

PT6 Turboprop Engine

Our engine slings are manufactured to the latest P&WC standards. They are fabricated from large section diameter tubing to achieve minimal member deflections, resulting in larger safety margins. Each sling is identified as a Kell-Strom product, with maximum load permitted and the latest load test clearly marked.

PWC50066 Engine Sling

 The wire rope assemblies incorporate permanently cold-fused, individually dead-load tested, swaged fittings. Quick release pins are used for fast attachment and disengagement of sling. The PWC50066 (shown) is designed and manufactured to the latest Pratt & Whitney Canada specifications.

Slings for many other engines are available or can be built to order.
