lets you take it anywhere you need it.

The fine tooth,
reversing, ratcheting mechanism and swivel head is the same as is found on Williams' best
ratchets. The high impact molded 'handle' is designed to fold over the head (shown on
left) for use in extremely tight spaces with as little as two fingers' used for holding
and turning.
It also
unfolds (as shown below) allowing for higher leverage and final torquing. It weighs just 5
ounces and closes to a compact 2 5/16 inch X 1 11/16 inch size.
